My stay at the M Village Hotel Hồ Gươm was amazing. They contacted me a day before to ask about my ETA. I'm not sure if this was the reason why I was able to check-in before the official check-in time but it was so great to have my room ready even though I arrived early afternoon. The room (206) itself was clean and beautiful. I think it looked exactly like in the pictures (which was my worry after seeing that that is an issue when booking hotels in Hanoi) and it was way bigger than I thought, including the bathroom! It really was a nice surprise. There is no fridge in the room but they do still provide you with some bottled water which is nice. I did end up using the communal fridge and there were no issues at all so I think missing the mini fridge is not a problem. The location is also super good! Hoan Kiem Lake is right around the corner and walking to the Old Quarter is very easy. And even though the streets are busy during the day time I was surprised that it did get quite quiet during night. Of course you could sometimes here some cars passing by but very rarely and it didn't bother me at all. If you are a light sleeper I do still recommend air plugs as there might be some noise coming from the hallways if other guests are being loud. But again, I only paid attention to this one time during my stay and it wasn't even that late into the night so I did get a very good sleep here. And the staff are incredible, absolutely blew me away. One night my food order was cancelled due to a sudden heavy rain that ended up lasting the whole night. I tried to ask the staff for any advice as at this point it was already way past midnight and I wasn't sure if I was able to order from anywhere anymore. Without hesitation the staff proceeds to give me his own snacks that he had brought for his shift. I was so touched by this as it was something I definitely didn't expect and it's something I'm so thankful for and will remember for a very long time.

Despite the last-minute booking and need for early check-in, the staff were kind to accommodate my needs. The studio room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet (corner room at the end of the hallway, far from the elevator). The laundry facilities are easy to operate. The shared kitchen worked fine for me, since all I needed was a fridge to store the leftover fruit I bought.

It was excellent value for money, everything is very clean, the facilities are fantastic (especially the shared kitchen and free laundry on the top floor), the rooms are cozy and comfortable. But what made it special was the staff - communication was perfect, there was always someone at reception ready to help at any hour (day and night) or via WhatsApp. From helping us with restaurant reservations, finding shops and cobblers and a myriad of other random requests we had throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind to us, time and time again. We stayed twice on different dates and will always come back whenever we’re in Hanoi

The M Village is a new hotel in Hanoi. I really loved the room, it was very spacious. Also the location is great and near hotspot areas.

This is a stylish hotel with a refreshing, eco-friendly design that makes for a very pleasant stay. Its central location is a plus - close to almost everything, making it easy to explore the heart of Hanoi. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. The front-desk lady, in particular, was incredibly kind, understanding, and always willing to help with any request. Her warmth made my stay even more enjoyable.

the location was perfect and not noisy at night. the staff was very attentive and checked in if the stay was comfortable and addressed any issues promptly. the bed was comfortable and there was even washing machines and dryers for use on the 9th floor for free. it's just slightly outside of the walking street zone too so you won't get blocked getting to the hotel even on friday-sunday.

Cool hotel in the city centre. The rooms seem quite new and well maintained. The room we stayed was simple (it didn’t have a TV for instance) but there were other nice touches like a French press and a packet of good ground coffee in the room so you can brew your own. There are shared coworking spaces and a shared kitchen and laundry area with free laundry detergent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in attending to all our requests.

I travel a lot for work and generally prefer well designed and run boutique hotels. Some boutique hotels incorporate cool ideas into their facilities and M Village really built something that made me feel comfortable and well catered for. The coo-working space is excellent, the fact that i can work and someone can deliver a coffee from right next door is perfect. Great WiFi, power points and tasteful lighting. Add a bit of art here and there and it really works. The room was big and the shower was powerful. Excellently located close to the centre of the city. One of the best small hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds. Love the upstairs kitechen and washing facilities too!

I got arranged for Room 802. Great interior design, very neat and clean bedroom/bathroom. Iron & iron table: just perfect for a working guest like me :) First stay with great experience. 9.9/10 I would say. Recommendation to the owner? Hmm, maybe 1 or 2 sachets of instant coffee additional to the black coffee sachet (French flavor) already available. P/s: Next time, I shall try the co-working space. So, until the next checkin <3 <3
